Where does OUAI UK ship to?

We currently offer standard and express shipping across the United Kingdom, including the Highlands and Islands. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your OUAI. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and lightly used.

Absolutely. OUAI is a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, nor do we ask others to do so on our behalf.
