We want you to love your OUAI, but if a product isn't the right fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from our UK store. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of their contents remaining to be eligible for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your UK order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Once your request is approved, download and print your prepaid Royal Mail return shipping label and include your original packing slip inside the box.

Pack and Ship

Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and drop off your parcel at any local Post Office or designated collection point.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
